Q: Who is Elora?
A: Elora is a character from the Playstation 1 game, Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage (Gateway to Glimmer outside the USA). She made a brief cameo in Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon.
Q: What is Elora?
A: In her own words, "I'm a faun, you dork!". For those who don't know, fauns are creatures of mythology (originaly Greek) who have goat or deer legs and human upper bodies.
Q: Who are Elora's voice actresses?
A: Melissa Disney in Ripto's Rage and Carolyn Lawrence in Year of the Dragon. Her Japanese voice in Ripto's Rage was provided by Shinobu Adachi.
Q: What is Just for Faun?
A: In case you missed it on the frong page,Just for Faun is a fan site dedicated to Elora the faun from Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage (Gateway to Glimmer outside the USA).
Q: Why a site for Elora?
A: Elora has always been one of my favorite characters in video games as a whole and the Spyro series in general. I've always felt she deserved a little bit more recognition than she's gotten over the years.
Q: How do I submit fan art/a story/screen shots/etc?
A: Just send an e-mail to Razz with "Just for Faun" in the title and your art, screens, stories, or anything else attached.
Q: Who is Razz?
A: Razz (that would be me) is the mad genius behind Just for Faun. You can learn more about her by saying her name thirteen times in a dark room, or by visiting her gallery. She enjoys drawing, writing, playing video games, coding web sites, and breathing.
Q: Who is Oliver Wade?
A: Oliver Wade is a character designer, writer, and animator who used to work for Insomniac Games. He is currently a freelance artist/animator and has worked on many games including the Spyro series and the Ratchet and Clank games. He designed many of the secondary characters, including Elora, the Professor, Hunter, and many more, for Ripto's Rage and Year of the Dragon.
Q: Can I have Mr. Wade's e-mail address?
A: No.
Q: How did you get in contact with Oliver Wade?
A: While looking around a Spyro forum, Mr. Wade happened across a thread I'd posted about Elora. He sent me an e-mail with the original character art enclosed. It was very kind of him.
